Simon Stucco Services exists for one reason: South Florida homes wear stucco, and too much stucco work down here gets done in a hurry. We took the opposite approach. One trade, our own crew, and a standard we'd accept on our own houses.

We're locally owned and homes are our specialty. No rotating cast of subcontractors: the people who walk your property and write your quote are the people who show up with the mixer.

Why texture matching is our obsession

Anyone can fill a hole. The reason homeowners from Jupiter to Delray Beach call us is that our repairs blend in. We replicate sand, smooth, Spanish lace, skip trowel and the custom finishes older Florida homes carry, test the match on a sample area first, and feather the edges so the patch doesn't announce itself from the driveway.

That same standard runs through everything else we do: water damage repairs that start at the moisture source, installations with full thickness coats and real cure times, and restorations that reset an entire exterior in one project.

How we work

Every project follows the same four steps: a free written estimate, thorough surface preparation, expert application, and a final walkthrough with you before we call it done. We back the work with a workmanship warranty: if something isn't right after we leave, we come back and make it right.

Painting, done stucco first

Because we repair stucco all day, our stucco painting starts where it should: cracks sealed, damage fixed, and the surface properly prepped before any color goes on. We also handle interior painting walls, ceilings, trim and doors, with the same careful prep and cleanup homeowners expect from our stucco work.
